An Israeli tank shell killed a 16-year-old Palestinian civilian in Beit Hanun in northern Gaza on Monday, Palestinian emergency services said. At least 151 Palestinians, around half of them civilians, have been killed in Israel's month-long assault on Gaza to recover a captured soldier and end cross-border rocket attacks.
